The Women's Center understands that life can be difficult. Sometimes we begin to feel helpless, frantic, or simply overwhelmed. Problems in intimate relationships, conflicts in families or stress at work can often create havoc in our lives, leaving us depleted and confused, feeling uncertain and alone. We are a supportive place where you can make productive changes. We are a nurturing place for the mind, body, and spirit. Our highly trained staff are dedicated to providing sensitive and supportive help in individual, couples, and group therapy sessions. Because we are committed to serving all women, fees for counseling services are offered on a sliding-scale basis.

Sexual Violence Counseling Program
This special program assists victims of childhood sexual abuse as well as victims of recent sexual assault. Highly trained therapists provide treatment for those experiencing Acute Stress Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder:
- Free counseling is available for recent sexual assault victims and their family members.
- Both individual and group sessions are offered.
